Please note that we deliver to Canadian addresses only. We do not accept orders or deliver outside of Canada.

*Next Day Delivery Details (Greater Toronto Area only): 

  • Orders which are placed before 12.00 noon (EST) Monday-Thursday will generally be processed on a next day service for the Greater Toronto Area.
  • Orders placed Friday/Saturday/Sunday or on a Statutory Holiday will be processed on the next working day for delivery on a next day service.
  • Please note: During the busy festive season, deliveries might be slightly delayed.

 *Standard Delivery Details (excluding Greater Toronto Area): 

  • Orders which are placed before 12.00 noon (EST) Monday-Thursday will generally be processed same day for standard courier service across Canada, outside of the GTA.
  • Orders placed Friday/Saturday/Sunday or on a Statutory Holiday will be processed on the next working day for standard courier service across Canada, outside of the GTA.
  • Please note: During the busy festive season, deliveries might be slightly delayed.

Notification: Once we have picked and packed your order, a CANPAR shipment tracking number will be assigned to your order. You will then receive an email confirmation with the CANPAR shipment tracking number which you can track via their website - Click here

CANPAR will not require a signature but will take a photo of your door to ensure safe receipt of your goods. If you are not available to collect and sign on the courier’s first visit they may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain). A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done. If there is no safe place a calling card will be left with the courier’s contact number to arrange re-delivery.

CANPAR will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.
