This leaflet is just to help you under the following situations.

14-Day Refund Policy
If within the first 14 days from purchase, you change your mind and decide you no longer require the product, please return it back to us unopened/sealed for a full refund. Carefully read the details below on the refund policy and procedure.
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product in its original product packaging, this must be unopened/sealed and be in the same condition that you received it.
Headphones may only be returned for refund if they are unopened.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items marked as non-refundable on the website cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To complete your return, we require the following:
- Full name
- Invoice address
- Email address
- A copy of your purchase receipt
- Reason for return
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original shipping bag or alternative suitable packaging.

We advise you to return the product via a tracked delivery service e.g., Purolator or similar courier service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approval is agreed, then your refund will be processed in full and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
If not approved, we will issue a credit minus a 25% re-stocking fee.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your credit card transactions and/or contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Faulty Within 1 year of Date of Purchase
If your product fails within 1 year from date of purchase, as per our warranty terms and conditions (which are included with the product). Please take the following steps.
- Ensure you have a copy of your delivery slip which was supplied with the product when purchased.
- Please contact our Technical Support Team at ecommerce-service@ca.jvckenwood.com and inform our team that the product is within the 1 year from date of purchase time frame and what the fault is, thereby determining if your product is faulty, or if it is something that we can resolve over email or phone.
- If the product is determined to be defective, then our Technical Support Team will advise on the next steps to take, so that we can resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
Please note: Defective product will be replaced free of charge with same or like model or credited to original form of payment. These rights in no way interfere with or otherwise affect the rights of the user of the Product under the applicable legal provisions.
